Refund & Return Policy

At Timepiece LA, we take pride in offering authentic luxury timepieces and strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

48-Hour Return Window

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their watch.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned in the exact same brand-new condition in which it was received, including but not limited to:

  • Unworn and unused condition
  • No signs of wear, scratches, dents, marks, or damage
  • All original stickers, tags, and protective materials intact
  • Original box, warranty card, manuals, accessories, and any included documentation returned
  • No sizing, modifications, alterations, or adjustments performed

Inspection Process

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. Timepiece LA reserves the right to deny any return or refund if the watch shows signs of wear, use, tampering, damage, or if any original contents are missing.

Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact Timepiece LA and obtain return authorization prior to shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and safe delivery of the item back to Timepiece LA. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Special orders
  • Customized or modified watches
  • Sized bracelets or altered items
  • Items sold as final sale
  • Any watch not returned in its original brand-new condition

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, payment processing fees, and any non-refundable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Right to Refuse

Timepiece LA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
